Sayur Zucchini Pollack
Own recipe. Easy and cheap. It sounds like marketing. I would like recommend it to and share it with people because I particularly have enjoyed the results. ;)

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
4 pollack fillets
0.5 tsp kunyit
salt to taste
2 red chilli pepers
jeruk purut leaf (lime leaf)
1 tsp finely chopped basil
3 tsp gula Jawa, or 1 teaspoon sugar
|
Ingredients:
1 onion
2 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
1 green chilli pepper
1 stalk lemon grass
1 slice ginger
water
santan (creamed cocout)
2 tbsp oil
|
Preparation:
Fry the fish on both sides in 5 to 7 minutes in oil. Place fish in pan and keep new oil and fish warm. Cut each zucchini from four pieces of equal length (quarts). Cut 6 quarter pieces of 6 in juliennes pie pointed shape.

Use the hand blender to prepare a paste of onion, garlic, salt, sugar or gula Jawa, kunyit, ginger, green chilli pepper, eighth zucchini and basil. Keep them 2 tablespoons separated (see above).
Then make the sauce by again adding a zucchini quarter and 50 ml of water to the remaining paste and by using the hand blender.
Fry paste (see picture) for two minutes. Stir fry the juliennes of zucchini with some flakes of onion for about four minutes in the oil kept warm. Mix the sauce through it together with half a glass of water. Bring to a boil, and lower the heat. Add santan and place lid on pan and let steam-simmer for 4 minutes. Stir and remove from pan and arrange zucchini around warm-kept fish. Finally pour the sauce over the fish. Leave on low heat for about ten minutes.
Enjoy and Selamat Makan!
